Frozen meals – not-so-bad convenience or evil food?

I can’t help but be tempted by some of these foods (that’s one of my favorites pictured above-Shrimp Hacao from Fresh and Easy).  What do you think? From writer Anneli Rufus on HuffingtonPost.com:
